All items are securely packaged when dispatched.

Returns:

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products i am unable to accept returns if opened or used.

Returns will only be accepted with prior agreement from Online Cosmetic Shop.

If items arrive damaged then photographic evidence may need to be produced to process a claims. If items are still available a replacement will be sent for damages or a similair item. Alternatively a refund will be given.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with computerized bill.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 15 days from the bill date.
