9:00 - Moon Ceremony

Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in a transcendent experience with a Group Sound Bath and Guided Meditation Treatment led by Chelsea Ambrose. You will be led into relaxation by a guided meditation then a collection of quartz crystal bowls will be played, each resonating with a unique frequency that corresponds to different energy centers in the body.  Participants often describe a profound sense of peace as the sound waves wash over them, facilitating a meditative state and encouraging a release of tension and stress.  This immersive experience is not just auditory, but a holistic exploration of sound as a tool for healing and restoration.

Bring a chair, blanket, or yoga mat for sitting or laying on the ground.  Whatever position is most comfortable for you to fully relax is recommended.  Many participants also feel cool during the treatment so bringing a cozy throw blanket can be comforting.

Moon Ceremony: Led by Bernie Rapacki, a full Moon Ceremony is a blend of Native American(Mohawk) teachings and an ancient western European ceremony.  This has been passed down, honoring the oral tradition, by our Native American teacher, Feather Full Moon.  She understands the importance of keeping these teachings alive and active in todays world.  Full Moon Ceremony is said to create balance between heaven and earth.

This ceremony takes place outside after sunset.  Please come dressed for the weather. We will be on the ground for short periods of time.  You may bring a blanket to place on the earth.  Ceremony can last between 1 to 1 1/2 hours.  Ceremony is usually done in standing.  If you need to sit, you may bring a chair with you and sit as needed during the ceremony.

You will need to bring a palm sized stone with you.  This stone will be placed on the moon altar and will not be returned to you. You may bring items to be blessed on the moon altar.  These items will be returned to you after ceremony.  It is traditional for women to wear a skirt and a shawl, but this is optional.  You can wear something that is sacred to you.

This ceremony allows for a deeper connection to Spirit, Mother Earth, and the Divine Feminine or Goddess.  You will join others in a sacred circle.

Please consider bringing a dish to pass to share light refreshments after the ceremony.
