A Transmission on Commitment to Self

Coming Back to Yourself is a reflective, channeled Transmission focused on commitment to self—what it means, how we practice it, and what gets in the way.

This Transmission will be guided by the channeled wisdom of Master Chi’ang and/or Mistress Peony, brought through JoAnn Clough, and will invite participants into deeper reflection on their relationship with themselves, their growth, and their willingness to remain open to learning and insight.

Participants are encouraged to arrive having reflected on how they have committed to themselves in the past or present. This may include personal or spiritual practices, creativity, time in nature, rest, reflection, or other ways of staying connected to inner growth. If committing to yourself has felt difficult or inconsistent, you are also invited to reflect on what has gotten in the way and what has made that commitment challenging.

All participants will be asked to bring an object that represents their commitment to self—past or present—as a way of grounding the Transmission and deepening personal meaning. Commitment is explored not as perfection or discipline, but as relationship: how we return to ourselves, listen more closely, and stay open to the lessons that arise along the way.
