Join Chelsea, JoAnn, and Peg in these sessions we have group conversation with those of like-mind inspired by a quote on the topic of self-love. We will explore ways to be kinder to ourselves and practice radical self-love.
Learning to be kind and encouraging to ourselves requires understanding and courage. Creating new self love rules for how you will treat yourself and how you will be treated, often inspires challenging micro shifts in intentions, thoughts, old limiting beliefs and actions.
