Series Description
Experience the art of Haiku with our "Haiku Your Heart Out" workshop by Peg Davis. Learn the basics of this traditional Japanese form of poetry, how it has changed in modern poetry, and integrate it as a holistic practice for self-expression. Find peace and creativity through the power of Haiku and start your journey towards holistic wellness today.
A Note From Peg:
I started writing Haiku because one of my favorite authors wrote a book about it. Then I kept writing Haiku (some mornings, or sometimes during a short breather in the middle of the day) because I made an awesome discovery.
Writing three simple lines of what I’m observing or thinking brings into crystalline focus what is happening in my head on a given day. It also amps up my appreciation and experience of what I see in my world.
