Series Description
Experience the art of Haiku with our "Everyday Haiku" workshop by Peg Davis. Learn to use Haiku as a way to express gratitude, find personal clarity, and be in the present moment. In this class you can explore a practice of Haiku and integrate it as a holistic practice for self-expression. Find peace and creativity through the power of Haiku and start your journey towards holistic wellness today.
A Note From Peg:
I started writing Haiku because one of my favorite authors wrote a book about it. Then I kept writing Haiku (some mornings, or sometimes during a short breather in the middle of the day) because I made an awesome discovery.
Writing three simple lines of what I’m observing or thinking brings into crystalline focus what is happening in my head on a given day. It also amps up my appreciation and experience of what I see in my world.
