There is a heaviness many of us are carrying. For some, it’s political division and cultural unrest. For others, it’s personal grief, uncertainty, illness, strained relationships, or quiet battles carried behind closed doors. Different circumstances. Same ache.

In moments like these, the heart is tested. It wants to protect itself. To close. To harden. To pull back.

This Transmission is an invitation to stay open anyway.

Together, we will explore what it means to hold the frequency of love — not as denial, not as pretending everything is fine, but as a steady, grounded force in the midst of turbulence.

We will gently reflect on:

• The ways fear and anger begin to shape us from the inside

• How hardship can quietly close the heart

• Becoming a stabilizing presence in turbulent times

• Refusing to let hatred colonize your spirit

This gathering is for anyone who feels the tension in the air and wants to remain open, rooted, and aligned — without turning away from reality. Let’s hold the frequency — together.

Before you arrive:

Take time to identify something — or someone — that represents a place in your life where love has been tested. It may be a relationship that required forgiveness, a season of grief, a boundary you had to hold, a belief you chose to stand in, or a part of yourself you fought to protect.

Bonus points if you bring a small object that symbolizes this. We will use these reflections to intentionally build the collective field of love in the room.

Come prepared to soften, to steady, and to remember the strength that already lives in your heart.
