- October 5th: Abandoning Myself | "Living my own life is enough - I don't have to live other people's."
- October 12th: Teaching People How To Respect Me | "Self-love is knowing when to push, and when to respect, my own limits."
- October 19th: Learning to Pause | "Pauses are a healing, nurturing act of self-love that allow me to step back and let life happen organically."
- October 26th: Giving Myself Away | "I can give to others without giving myself away."
